Anonymous: Attempting to regain her composure, Ren returned a crooked smile. "Erm, well, yes. It was very nice to meet you. Mae, let's--" "She's a wonderful cook of absolutely everything. Lucky me gets to eat her food every day. Maybe you should try it sometime." Ren struggled to hide her distress from the loquacious chatter erupting out of Mae's mouth.

“Really?” Bolin grinned, genuinely interested as Mae continued. “Mako’s pretty good at cooking himself and usually makes dinner, but not tonight, which kinda explains why I’m here, heh.” His gaze returned to Ren, softening his smile a little. “I wouldn’t mind trying it out if you don’t.”

“I- Uh- All right then?”

Anonymous: She looked back at him with a raised eyebrow. "Oh, nothing at all. I just love watching my little Ren get embarrassed over nothing." Her fingers bounced lightly in her friend's hair. "Yes, my lovely friend here and I were talking about the match and how she thought you were cute." Ren elbowed Mae's ribs as her faced turned a shade darker. "It's funny how you were behind us the whole time. Talk about coincidence."

“Well, Narook’s is one of my favorite places to eat, especially for authentic Watertribe food,” he nodded toward the kitchen. It kind of surprised Bolin that his droves of fan girls didn’t figure that out yet and haven’t gone there to mob him all at once so far. “Best in Republic City, I’d say.”

He switched his gaze to the girl named Ren and flashed her one of his signature smiles.

“Glad you enjoyed the match… among other things.” A smirk lingered on his face at the end of his sentence.

Bolin tried to thank the Anonymous at first, but ended up laughing instead as he remembered the time another Anonymous asked him to sign their cabbages.

“Why, yes, I do like pie.”

“Pabu? I’m not really sure where fire ferrets come from exactly or where they can be found… All around the world I suppose? I found him rummaging around Downtown for food.”

“No arguments here. Although, I do prefer handsome, good-looking, incredible, gorgeous, breath-taking…” He continued to rattle off on more adjective compliments.
